| 摘 要： | 民营企业是改革开放以来浙江经济发展过程中最富活力、最引人注目的部分,但受到当前全球金融危机的影响,浙江民营企业遭遇到了30年来最严重的打击。面对危机,很多民营企业以此为挑战和契机,把转型升级作为其摆脱危机、继续成长的必然选择。本文在总结浙江民营企业已出现的多种转型升级路径的基础上,从企业成长理论分析入手,并列举相关成功的企业案例,以期能对民营企业的转型升级路径选择提供一定的借鉴和参考。
