传统读者服务机构设置的弊端与改革

摘    要:按照文献类型来划分和设置读者服务机构与岗位,是目前许多图书馆沿用的传统方法,这种设置方法明显存在着工作部门偏多、效率低下,各自独立、不利于实现标准化、规范化,部门功能重叠、相互推诿扯皮严重,服务岗位划分过细、读者利用不便等弊端.高校图书馆要有计划、有步骤地按照学校发展的要求,进行读者服务机构改革,要充分发挥现代信息技术在读者服务工作中的作用,要重视改革试点,积极稳妥地推进图书馆读者服务机构改革.

Abstract:Dividing and setting up reader service organization and post according to document types is the traditional method used by many libraries at present. The method obviously exists many disadvantages, such as too many inefficient, respectively independent work branches without benefit of realizing standardization, branches of overlapped functions shifting responsibilities onto others, elaborated service post divisions without convenience for readers use, so on and so forth. Libraries of colleges and universities should carry on the reader service organization reform step by step in a planned way, give a full play to the function of modern information technology, and attach great importance to reform experiments, so as to push on the reform of library reader service organization reform actively.
