| 摘 要： | 学生的自我效能感是个体在特定情境中对自己的某种行为能力的自信程度,是个体对成功实施并达成特定目标所需行为能力的预期、感知和信心,是介于动机和行为之间的动力因素.自我效能感已成为现代教育心理学研究的热点之一.文章对85名在校大学生自我效能与学业成绩之间的关系进行研究.结果表明,(1)不同学业成绩的学生的自我效能感有显著性差异.优秀组的学生自我效能感明显高于较差组.(2)不同性别、不同专业的学生自我效能感的差异并不显著.
