| Abstract: | In this paper the author maintains that China's accession to WTO is a part of the process in which China gets itself involved in the global economy and that education constitutes the very important part of the software for the involvement. The paper points out that education is the "service trade" under WTO and analyzes the various conceptual and system barriers to the development of the Chinese education industry. |
