| 摘 要： | 当今世界 ,信息技术革命飞速发展。随着微电子、计算机和网络技术的应用 ,信息技术正在成为各国经济增长的新动力。全国人大九届四次会议通过的《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》 ,提出了加快发展我国信息产业 ,努力实现信息产业跨越式发展 ,大力推进信息化 ,提高信息产业在国民经济中所占比重的目标。实现加速发展我国信息产业 ,促进国民经济持续增长的目标 ,对于统计工作者来说 ,首先要解决对信息产业的界定 ,在此基础上才能对我国信息产业的发展现状进行量化的描述。发展信息产业是全球性的趋势。但遗憾的是 ,不论…

In this paper, authors introduced several definitions made by some countries and international organizations, and put forward the definition and categories of “the Information Industry” used in the statistics of China. |
