| 摘 要： | 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给中国经济与社会带来了巨大冲击。文章对我国疫情防控体制机制进行了思考分析,为提升我国公共卫生治理能力提出对策建议:健全相关法规制度、改革疫情防控组织体系、完善疫情防控业务能力建设机制、建立医疗卫生机构疫情防控的快速应对机制、健全疫情防控预警与应急执行机制等。

| Abstract: | The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID⁃19)has brought a huge impact on China’s economy and society.This article analyzes the system and mechanism on epidemic prevention and control in China,and proposes countermeasures to improve China’s public health governance capacity:improving relevant laws and regulations,reforming the epidemic prevention and control organization system,improving the epidemic prevention and control professional capacity building mechanism,establishing quick response mechanism for health institutions’epidemic prevention and control,and improving the early warning and emergency response mechanism for epidemic prevention and control. |
