| Abstract: | The current situation of listed companies in China is not satisfactory.It is urgent to introduce independent director mechanism to reform internal supervisory mechanism in listed companies of China.At the same time, China must perfect independent director mechanism according to its own special circumstances. It is necessary to create favorable and fundamental surroundings as well as to perfect independent director mechanism itself. |
