| 摘 要： | 给付行政是国家在新的时代一项新的职能,主要是通过授益性行政行为来保障公民的基本人权的实现,并依此推进社会的发展。给付行政与诚实信用原则的诸多关系决定了诚实信用原则在给付行政中的适用。诚实信用原则适用于给付行政中有新的内容要求,并需要制定相应的具体制度予以保障。

| Abstract: | Leistende verwaltung is a new function of a country in the new era.It ensures citizens＇ basic human rights and advances social development mainly by beneficial administrative acts.The relationship between leistende verwaltung and the principle of good faith determines that the latter is applicable in leistende verwaltung.The principle of good faith fits the new contents of Leistende verwaltung,and needs corresponding system to safeguard it. |
