| 摘 要： | 构建指标体系,合理确定各指标的权重系数,是量化评价外部性显著的国土开发型铁路的可行思路之一.本文针对指标评价法的关键问题--权重系数的确定展开研究,通过比较几种权重确定方法,采用层次分析法提出了国土开发型铁路投资效果评价指标体系权重确定的思路,并以南疆铁路为例进行了实证.

| Abstract: | Establishing an index system and scaling the weight of every index reasonably is an effective way to evaluate the investment estimation of the land-developing railway,which have an obvious external.So,how to scaling the weight of every index reasonably is the key problem of index system.Aiming at the key problem,we compare the different methods of scaling the weight in this paper at first,and then we provide a reasonable way to scale the index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which also is a new way to evaluate the investment influence of the land-developing railway.The last section is an empiricism of Nanjiang railway using this way. |
