| 摘 要： | 廉政文化建设是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在领导党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争上的一个实践创新。而廉政文化建设必须以社会主义核心价值体系为统领。因此，深入探讨用社会主义核心价值体系统领廉政文化的途径和方法，对新时期加强党风廉政建设，深入开展反腐败斗争具有重大而深远的意义。
