| 摘 要： | 借鉴企业ISO管理经验,实施ISO质量管理体系是政府治理工具创新、行政管理标准化和建设服务型政府的需要。我国政府应加强宣传力度,更新观念,根据具体实际编制可行的质量体系文件,健全公众ISO绩效评估制度,扩大公民的政治参与。

| Abstract: | To meet the need for the government administration innovation and standardization and build service-oriented government,we should use enterprise ISO management experience as preferences and implement ISO quality management system.For the present problem on ISO practice in government,we should strengthen propaganda to update the concepts,compile viable quality system documents depending on actual situation,improve the public ISO performance assessment system to expand citizen participation in politics. |
