| 摘 要： | 促进中部地区崛起的战略决策使中部地区迎来了新的战略机遇。中部地区在新一轮崛起中的战略定位是：打造“三个基地一个枢纽”、培育充满活力的城市群、形成“两纵两横”经济带、繁荣社会公共事业，以充分发挥地缘优势，实现区域价值，在全国区域经济协调发展中大有作为。

| Abstract: | The strategic decision to promote the Central China＇ upsurge provides a developing chance for Central China. The stragetic position of Central China in the new economic upsurge should be identifies as the following： creation of ＂ three bases and one hub＂ to construct the base for the Central China＇ upsurge; attention to nurture a vibrant urban group to create the nucleus for the Central China＇ upsurge ; formation of the ＂two vertical and two horizontal＂ economic zone to explore the trends of the Central China＇ upsurge positively; euhivation of social and public undertakings. Only in this way does Central China make good use of its geographical advantages and realize its regional value to play an important role in the coordinated development of regional economy in the country. |
