摘    要:通过调查大学生对《中国居民平衡膳食宝塔》知晓率和饮食结构现状,分析营养类课程对其膳食宝塔知晓情况和饮食结构的影响,为在大学生中开展营养健康教育提供依据。采用自制调查问卷,在广州城市职业学院在校大学生中随机抽取2个班级94名学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,营养专业学生膳食宝塔知晓率为100%,非营养专业学生为68.75%,前者比后者高31.25%,差异显著;谷薯类、蛋类和蔬菜摄入符合膳食宝塔推荐范围的学生比例前者分别为53.13%、68.75%和59.38%,后者仅为46.86%、40.63%和37.50%;其他各类食物摄入符合要求学生数均偏低,但前者亦等于或多于后者,因此前者饮食结构更为合理。营养知识的掌握对改善日常饮食结构,促进膳食平衡非常重要。需加大宣传力度,指导大学生实现合理膳食,增进健康。

Abstract:In order to carry out the nutritional health education among college students, this paper does a survey on college students' awareness about Chinese Resident Balance Diet Pagoda and dietary structure. The influence caused by nutrition courses is studied as well. Using a self-designed questionnaire, 94 students of Guangzhou City Polytechnic are selected randomly from two classes. The results show that: for students who major in nutrition, their dietary pagoda awareness rate is 100% ; for students who are from other majors, their dietary pagoda awareness rate is 68.75%. The difference is significant in which the former is 31.25% higher than the latter. For students whose cereal and potatoes, eggs and vegetables intakes meet the demand recommended by the diet pagoda, the former is 53.13%, 68.75% and 53.13% respectively, while the latter is only 46.86%, 40.63% and 37.50%. For other kinds of food intakes, both groups are low, but the former is equal to or more than the latter, from which we can tell that the diet of the former is more reasonable. In conclusion, the nutrition knowledge is very important to improve diet structure and promote the balanced diet. It is necessary to do more work and make college students realize what a rational diet is so as to improve their health.
