| 摘 要： | 乡镇团组织是开展团工作的一线实践主要力量,乡镇团组织对政策的了解、执行情况是影响乡镇开展活动的重要因素。回顾近几年对涉及乡镇团组织的研究,从共青团组织治理模式、共青团服务功能、实证调研三个方面梳理乡镇团组织了解和执行政策的状况,提出研究需要改进的方向,以期对基层团组织建设有所裨益。
