高校学报改革面对的两难选择

对当前高校学报在改革中走外延发展和内涵发展道路的利弊进行了剖析，认为外延发展是方向，内涵发展是基础。提出在目前体制下，高校学报应在内涵发展的基础上，努力探索外延发展的道路，积极试点，取得经验，逐步推开。在高校学报走综合性道路还是走专业化道路的问题上，认为综合性和专业化不是判断学报质量高低的标准，应根据具体情况，选择不同的发展方向，学报应在办出特色、办出水平上下功夫。

On the Dilemma of University Journal Reform

The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages that the university journal takes a way to extensive development or intensive development in the process of reform and holds that intensive development is the foundation of university iournal development and extensive development is its di- rection. The paper also puts forward that under the current system, basing on intensive development, the university iournal should strive to explore a path to extensive development, actively make trials, obtain experience and gradually promote it. On the issue whether university journal should walk its comprehensive or specializational way, the author holds that neither comprehensive or specializational development way is the judgement standard of journal quality, but according to specific condition, different development directions should be chosen to work hard on the journal＇s characteristics and quality.
