| 摘 要： | 政府信用是社会信用体系的核心与基石,是实现社会主义和谐社会的关键.当前由于制度缺陷、信息不对称、信用文化的缺失等原因导致了一定程度的政府失信.因此有必要建立和完善信息公开制度,建设法治政府,切实推行服务行政,加强信用道德与信用文化建设,进一步提升政府信用.

| Abstract: | The government credit is the core and foundation in social credit system.At present,the flawed system,asymmetric information and the lack of credit culture have caused the crisis in government credit.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and perfect the system of open information,realize the rule of law effectively,implement administrative services,and strengthen credit culture and moral credit so as to further promote the government credit. |
