| Abstract: | The rural cultural service system covering rural libraries is a vital vehicle for cultivating a new generation of farmers,establishing new customs,developing a new cultural life and better serving the construction of socialist "New Villages".The present paper analyzes the problems existent in the construction of rural libraries in Shaoxing,and attempts to offer some countermeasures and suggestions. |
