对高校延长修读年限学生学费收取方案的思考

本文在文献调研的基础上，深入分析部分高校对延长修读年限学生现行学费收取方案的利弊，并本着收费合理、简化手续、责任明确的原则提出相应的建议方案，即：根据学生未修学分的多少，选择按学年收费或按学分收费的方式；同时高校与延长修读年限学生签定涉及学生待遇、学校责任的相关协议。

My Thoughts on Tuition Plans with Regard to Prolonged Period of Learning in Higher Schools

Based on literature research, this article makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the tuition plans for those college students who have to prolong their period of learning at school in some higher schools, and puts forward some proposals based on the principal that ＂simple, reasonable, and clear＂： 1） according to the student＇s unaccomplished credits, either charging based on school years or based on school credits is decided; 2） relative agreement should be signed between the school and the student with regard to the student＇s rights and the school＇s obligations.
