| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展,网络行为则成为人们生活中的一种崭新的行为方式。网络行为的失范引发了一系列社会问题,因此以社会调控理论为基础,将泛控论模式应用到网络社会调控之中,并针对泛控论的作用是多靶的问题,倡导采取一种发散辐射型网络社会调控结构,以促进网络行为者自觉规范自己的行为。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of the modern information technology,the network behavior becomes a kind of brand-new behavior manner in the people daily life.Anomie of the network behavior caused a series of social problem.Therefore with the social maneuvering theory for foundation,applying broadly-control theory mode to the network social maneuvering,and aim at the problem that the function of the broadly-control theory is many aims,initiating to adopt a kind of dissipation-radiation type network social maneuvering construction,in order to promote the network-doers norm the behaviors by themselves. |
