评刘知几论《北齐书》

《北齐书》问世不久,刘知儿就从体例、论赞、史法、李百药对魏收及其《魏书》的述评等方面予以评论,论中不乏微词。认真分析刘知儿的言论,可以发现：刘知几所论虽有中肯之处,但因主观意识较强,“词复有激,诋诃太甚”,故有失公允、客观。

Appraisnent of Liu Zhiji's Comment upon Beiqi Shu

When "Beiqi Shu" was published before long, Liu Zhiji Commented on its style, appraise ment, historical principle, the appraisement of Li Baiyao on Wei Shou and his "Wei Shu" etc. There is a lot of veiled criticism in his opinions. When we analyse Liu Zhiji's views conscientiously, we can find some pelti nent remarks in his opinions, but he has strong subjective conciousness, "There are some extreme and too many slander words in his views". So his comment lacks justice and obectivity.
