| 摘 要： | 本文在学习型组织理论的指导下,分析了创建学习型图书馆的时代意义,提出了学习型图书馆的创建思路。作者认为,创建学习型图书馆的关键在于领导重视和垂范、确立共同远景、正确认识和处理好工作与学习之间的关系、营造团队学习氛围、建立激励约束机制等。
