| 摘 要： | 单一海洋划界,主要是指当事国遵循同一划界规则或标准,以协议或请求裁判的方式,对其大陆架和专属经济区之间重合的权利主张重叠区域划定一条边界线的过程。单一海洋划界的单一是其总体特征。它意味着对专属经济区和大陆架的划界应遵循一个划界标准,意味着用一条边界线长期统一地划定两国间大陆架和专属经济区的界限,意味着存在一个完全重合的权利主张重叠区域,或特殊情况下,存在一条重合的等距离线。
