| 摘 要： | 众所周知,黄海海战在甲午战争史研究中历来占有重要的地位。尤其是关于黄海海战胜负的问题,历来是学者们关注的焦点。他们各抒己见,提出了自己的看法。讨论了学者们关于黄海海战的胜负问题的看法,吸取了前辈的看法。最后得出了北洋舰队在与日本海军的对抗中遭遇了巨大的挫折,居于失败地位的结论。
