“风险社会”视阈下新闻媒体的危机管理初探

摘    要:在“风险社会”理论的规约下,人类、组织都面临着前所未有的风险。由于风险达到一定的程度就会产生危机。因而,在“风险社会”里,危机也是新闻媒体的一个重要话语。本文认为在风险社会中,新闻媒体应该和企业一样要重视危机管理,树立高度的危机意识,建立危机预警机制,第一时间解决危机,将突发事件对新闻媒体品牌形象和公信力的不良影响降到最低。

Abstract:Ulrich Beck put forward the concept of "Risk Society",and he believed human and organization also face the unpredictable risks.And media as an important organization also face all sorts of crisis because risks can trigger crisis in "Risk Society".We analyze the types and attributes of media crisis and develop the concept of media crisis management in our article.More important is we think media should emphasize crisis management as corporation,establishing the crisis prevention mechanism,solving the crisis in a short decision time and communicating with audience,and reduce the harmful effect on media image.
