| 摘 要： | 职业倦怠是一种精神困惑与身心耗竭状态。高校教师作为职业倦怠的高发群体,对教师个体的身心健康、高等教育的健康发展和社会等各个层面带来了许多消极的影响。在分析新时期高校教师职业倦怠的基本特征与消极影响的基础上,探讨了高校教师职业倦怠的基本影响因素,提出了预防和缓解高校教师职业倦怠的基本思路与对策。 |
