Corporate Culture Construction Based on Thoughts of Filial Piety

Filial piety, with profound connotation and significance, is the core content and essential spirit of Confucianism. It is a unique cultural advantage of Chinese corporations. Based on the deep-seated core value of filial piety, the construction of corporate culture can be rooted in human nature and implemented more realisti- cally, and harmonious organization can be realized, so as to bring far-reaching comprehensive benefits for the corporations. The ways of building corporate culture based on thoughts of filial piety are explored at four levels of spirit, system, behavior and material, with pragmatic cases and examples, so that contemporary Chinese enter- prises may take as references in their corporate culture construction.
