基于SCI-E的通信信息业官产学创新合作关系研究

为了研究我国通信信息业官产学创新合作动态关系及其与整体的差异,以SCI-E数据库中收录的我国学者发表通信信息业论文和所有论文数据的互信息为主要测度指标,利用三螺旋算法进行定量分析。研究表明,我国通信信息业和整体行业的官产学三螺旋关系都是以大学-政府的合作模式为主导,产业-政府的合作模式和大学-产业-政府三方合作模式薄弱;通信信息业大学-产业合作模式和大学-产业-政府三方合作模式优于整体行业,而大学-政府和产业-政府合作模式逊于整体行业。

Cooperative Relationship among U-I-G of Communications Industry Based on SCI-E

The cooperative relationship among university-industry-government （U-I-G）in communications and information industry, based on the data from the Science Citation Index Expanded （SCI-E）is examined. The tri- ple helix algorithm is applied for the quantitative analysis. The result shows that, the dominant collaboration pat- tern is university-government collaboration in communications industry; the industry-government collaboration and the university-industry-government collaboration are both weak. But, compared to the other industries, in communications industry, the university-industry collaboration and university-industry-government collaborations are stronger, while the university-government and industry-government collaborations are weaker than other sec- tors.
