《反垄断法》亟需制定

垄断源于自由竞争 ,是资本集中和生产集中发展到一定阶段的产物 ,但垄断又限制竞争 ,是市场经济主体竞争的夙敌。因此 ,搞市场经济必须用法律手段禁止垄断 ,保护竞争。我国市场经济运行中已出现许多垄断现象 ,尤其是大量的行政垄断行为已成为制约我国市场经济运行的重要因素。因此 ,反垄断立法已成为完善我国社会主义市场经济法律体系的“重中之重”。加入WTO、经济全球化要求我国加快反垄断立法步伐

"Anti-Monopoly Law" Needing Stipulation

Monopoly came from free competition and was a product when capital concentration and producation concentration developing to a certain stage and is also long-time foe of mainstay competition of market economy.Therefore operating market competition must make use of legal methods to forbid monopoly and protect competition.In the operating course of market economy in China a lot of phenomena of monopoly have appeared,especially a large quatities of conducts of administrative monopoly have become important factor for restricting operation of market economy in China.Hense legislation of anti-monopoly has become a special key to improve legal system of socialist market economy.Entering WTO and economic globalization requires China to speed-up legislation pace of anti-monopoly in China.
