| 摘 要： | 法学不仅包括法律科学,而且包括法理哲学。法学家不仅是以法理为据的学术人,而且是与政治家比肩齐立的治国精英。法学家法理与政治家法理的统一构成了精英法理的理性循环,为法理世界的出现奠定了制度之基。

| Abstract: | The science of law is just one part of the jurisprudence. The philosophy of law is the core of jurisprudence. It is very difficult to be a really excellent lawyer , who is not only a scholar whose opinion is based on ＂FaLi , but also a government elite together with politician. The harmony of them is the necessary base to create FaLi World . |
