财政支出水平对地区收入差距作用的统计评价

 我国的财政支出政策是影响地区间经济差距和社会福利水平差距的重要原因之一。随着区域经济发展不平衡，财政资源地区间配置不均等问题越发凸显，各地区人均财政支出的差距持续扩大，发达地区和欠发达地区的财政能力差距，特别是公共服务能力差距在扩大。本文从财政支出的角度对我国不同地区收入差距扩大的原因及其后果进行统计评价，并以此提出了财政对策的初步建议。
