| Abstract: | Based on the evaluation of the present situation of Donghe's rural social security, the paper puts forwards the basic goals and focal points of construction of Donghe's rural social security system in the new century, and makes some suggestions and countermeasures in the construction of such aspects as rural security institution of the lowest living cost, medical insurance system, old age insurance system and home of respect for the aged. |
