生产力移植与跨越式发展

作为发展中国家，中国应该抓住经济全球化、科学技术迅猛发展、世界经济发展不平衡加剧的历史机遇，通过生产力移植，即主动移植发达国家先进的科学技术、过剩的资本、先进的制度安排和管理经验以及优秀的科技人才等诸多影响生产力发展的要素，突破生产力由“落后—一般—先进”逐级递进的传统发展路径，努力实现生产力的跨越式发展。

Transplanting of Productive Forces and Its Leap-over Development

As a developing country, China may catch the historical chance caused by economy globalization, the rapid development of science and technology, and the rift deeply between different countries' economy, use the transplanting of productive forces, which means transplanting many influential facts to the development of productive forces such as advanced science and technology, overseas funs, advanced system arrangement and management experiences of the developed countries, excellent manpower, and so on. China can break through the traditional developing means, which usually is taken step by step from backward,ordinary to advance, in order to accomplish the leap-over development in a shorter period.
