| 摘 要： | 在对高新技术产业园区评价指标分析的基础上,提出了中国高新技术产业园区发展的小波网络综合评价模型,并在最小均方能量准则下,采用相应的共轭梯度学习算法求解子波函数线性组合的尺度和时延参数,以及小波网络的权值.实现了对高新技术产业园区发展的综合科学评价与判断.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses evaluation index for China's high-tech industrial parks and proposes synthetic evaluation method based on wavelet networks,which can realize scientific evaluation and decision for China's high-tech industrial parks.Furthermore,the dilation and shifts that are the parameters of wavelet function and the weight of neural network structure are calculated by conjugated gradient algorithm in terms of the latest mean squared energy criterion. |
