| 摘 要： | 创新人格是大学生创新素质发展的动力源和方向性保证，应试教育的长期不良影响、大学内外一些约束创新精神的不利因素，都在很大程度上制约了创新人格的的形成。高校必须在办学理念、校园氛围、人才培养的方式方法等多种途径进行探索和革新．塑造大学生的创新人格。

| Abstract: | Innovative personality causes and ensures the development of innovative quality for university students. Bad effect of exam-oriented education and bad factors restrict innovative spirit and limit the formation of innovative personality. Universities should cultivate students＇ innovative personalities by probing and reforming the education idea, campus atmosphere and talents cultivation and so on. |
