口语课是一门理论指导下实践性很强的课程,理论是口语教学的前提和保证,理论与课堂教学有机结合才是口语教学的必由之路.为了改变大学非英语专业学生"哑巴英语"的现状,我们制定了<BASE方案>.本文对<BASE方案>进行了介绍,并对其理论依据进行了陈述,指明行为主义理论、克拉申的输入假说、情感过滤假说、监控假说以及认知理论对<BASE方案>都有着极其重要的影响.由于<BASE方案>有着丰富的理论依据和实施方向,因此它将是促进大学公共英语教与学双向发展的新探索.

The integration of theory with practice in the classroom is a must way to achieve oral English instruction.One of the reasons why"BASE Program"(an oral English instruction program) profoundly influences college students' improvement in oral English is that it has abundant theoretical basis.The thesis aims to introduce BASE Program and elaborate the SLA theories influencing"BASE Program",especially the behaviorism theory;S.Krashen's input hypothesis;affective-filter hypothesis as well as monitor hypothesis and cognitive theory.With abundant theoretical foundations,BASE program will be a new try at oral English instruction for non-English majors in univeristies.
