| 摘 要： | 中日甲午战争之后,康有为对中国近代工业中官办和官督商办模式进行了猛烈抨击,明确提出应以民办经济为主.从各个方面大力促进其发展的思想主张.康有为的民办经济思想对西方资本主义经济观念在中国的初步形成,对甲午战争之后清政府改变工商政策,以使民办企业成为新的主要投资者,以及戊戌变法中的经济变革和清末"新政"都产生了深刻影响.

| Abstract: | After the War of 1894 between China and Japan,Kang You-wei was fiercely against the enterprises run by the Empire and thought that enterprises should be run by the people.The thoughts by Kang You-wei promoted the being of the economic ideas of capitalism in China,the industrial and commercial policies from the Qing government,enterprises run by the people as new investors,economic reform in the Reform Movement of 1898 and "New Policy"in the late Qing dynasty. |
