高等职业教育教学质量管理的探析

教学质量是教育质量的核心,教学质量管理是教学管理工作的一个重要方面,作者从分析教学质量与教学质量管理入手,分析了当前高等职业教育教学质量存在着人才培养目标模糊、特色不鲜明、传统教学方式仍占主导地位、专业设置极力模仿本科院校、教学质量监控机制不完善等主要问题,从高等职业教育人才培养层次的高级性、知识和能力的职业性、人才的技术性和技能性、培养手段的多样性等特性进行剖析,从而确立高等职业教育质量的规格标准、特色标准和动态标准,在人才培养方案、教学文件、过程控制、学生评价、毕业生跟踪反馈等方面提出构建适应社会发展需要的高等职业教育教学质量保障体系。

Exploration and Analysis: Teaching Quality Management for Higher Vocational Education

Teaching quality is the core of quality-oriented education and teaching quality control is an important aspect of the teaching supervision work.Some teaching quality problems existing in the current higher vocational education system are analysed:a vague talented personnel training goal,lack of bright characteristics,the traditional teaching way occupying the dominant position,largely imitating undergraduate courses in major set-up,an imperfect supervisory system in teaching quality,and so on.The characteristics of higher voacational schools are first analysed.A teaching quality safeguard system for higher vocational education is then proposed.
