| Abstract: | After XIXia Dyansty founds a nation,has prepared a generation of decrees and regulations system.Speaking of the supervisory legal system,while absorbs and inherits Han nationality to supervise the legal system,also had massively unifies oneself actual to carry on the adjustment the content and retained the thick national law characteristic,held the unique status in the China supervisory system history. |
