| 摘 要： | 自欧洲三十年战争结束成为近代国际关系的开端并产生了以主权为本质属性的民族国家开始,国家利益就成为所有国家行为的起点和国家生存与发展的前提条件。经济全球化背景下,随着东西方关系的缓和与军事对抗的减弱,文化安全成为影响国家安全的一个重要因素,文化因素成为国家利益的要素之一,从而成为各国维护国家利益的一个重要手段。

| Abstract: | National interests has been the starting point of national actions and the premise of the survival and development nations since nation states of sovereignty as the essential attribute came into being with the ending of European Thirty-Years War and the starting of modern international relations. In the context of economic globalization, cultural security is an important factor that affects national security. Cultural interest is one of the attributes of national interests, consequently an essential method for safeguarding national interests of all states. |
