| 摘 要： | 提升中国话语权首先需要解析话语权的生产机制。有关话语权生产机制的研究主要来源于国际政治学、语言学和社会学领域。国际政治学有关权力理论的文献从国际社会的宏观语境出发,解释话语权是如何形成对他人的控制的;语言学有关话语的文献从微观视角出发,探寻细密的言语如何指涉出流动的意义;社会学从语言与社会关系的角度研究话语权,运用语言学素材描写、解释社会行为。但这些文献都没有解释清楚话语权是如何流动和传递的。话语的流动本质上是一种信息的传播,从信息传播的中观视角审视,话语权由这样的机制生成:信息需要从话语主体经过权力的传播链条,在对话语客体产生影响,取得效果之后才能生产出话语权,设置议程和构建框架是话语权生产机制中的两个关键环节。
