东北民间美术在民族教育中的作用

东北地区民间美术类非物质文化遗产,多数都遗留在广大的农村、牧区和林区.在各级政府提出的保护与传承的政策指导下,依靠学术界专家学者的系统调查与研究,需要扎根于基层的民间艺人和人民群众来具体实施,这就要求将民间美术的知识和技艺具体应用到大众的教育之中,使其了解传统文化的内涵.特别是要在中小学教育中广泛推广,甚至在高等院校中开设传习馆,建立一套民间美术的课程体系,真正做到将民间美术遗产的传承与现代民族教育相结合,借以提高民众对文化自觉的认识.

On the Function of Northeast Folk Art in the National Education

The majority of northeast folk art of intangible cultural heritage is left in the vast rural areas, pastoral areas and forest areas. With the policy and guidance of all levels of the governments, rely on the systematic investiga- tion and research of scholars and experts, the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage need folk art- ists and people in the local areas to implement, which require the folk art knowledge and skills are using in public education to help persons to understand the connotation of traditional culture. In order to enhance people＇ s aware- ness of the cultural consciousness, we need to popularized folk art education in the primary and secondary educa- tion, even set up studying centers and establish a set of folk art curriculum system in the colleges and universities, so as to truly combine folk art heritage with modern national education.
