| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,面对农村基层党组织在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中面临的一系列新情况、新问题,我们要提高农村基层党组织构建社会主义和谐农村社会的能力,构建和谐农村社会,必须创新农村基层工作机制:要创新育人用人机制,建设一支高素质的农村基层干部队伍;要创新领导服务机制,真正做到立党为公、执政为民;要创新“综合治理”工作运行机制,维护广大农村地区的社会稳定。 |
