| 摘 要： | 建立地方法治进程评价体系是推进我国法治建设的重要工具。对地方法治进程评价存在主观评测与客观评价两种路径。通过综合国内外相关理论与实践,并根据中国的法治实践,设计了一套测量我国地方法治进程的指标体系,用于评价地方法治化进程。

| Abstract: | The construction of the evaluation system of local legalization plays a vital role in China.There are objective ways and subjective ways to evaluate such a process.Based on the theory and practice at home and abroad,this paper designs a set of index system for the evaluation work so as to evaluate the process of local legalization. |
