| 摘 要： | 珠三角产业在结构调整背景下,正在逐步向东南亚以及我国中西部进行产业转移。湖南地处中部,其制造业也正处于战略调整之中,如何抓住珠三角产业转移这一契机,顺利实现过渡,形成特色制造业产业集群,发挥其对经济发展的作用。可以从承接战略规划、创建承接的良好基础条件、推行低碳经济模式、实施嵌入购买者与生产者驱动型全球价值链的承接对策方面入手,对湖南制造业进行优化升级。

| Abstract: | Industry in the Pearl River Delta regions is transferring gradually to the southeast Asia and China’s midwest regions based on structure adjustment background.Hunan locates in the central of China.Manufacturing in Hunan also is in strategic adjustments.How to take the opportunity of the Pearl River Delta industrial transfer,realize smoothing transition,form the characteristic manufacturing industry cluster,play its important role in the economy.It maybe deal with the situation as followed,forming the undertaking strategic plan,creating the good foun dational,conditions,implementing the low carbon economy mode,carrying out the embedded buyer and producer driven model of global value chain countermeasures optimization and upgrading Hunan’s manufacturing. |
