Memetics is a new theory for interpreting cultural evolution. Language memes can appear at all levels of language in which vocabulary meme is a most active element. This article analyzes and explains neological vocabulary meme Shai X from the perspectives of formation process, pragmatic features, spreading characteristics and causes under the theory of language memetics. It aims to make a tentative effort to inject a note of new insight into the study of neologisms.
