| Abstract: | The present paper first makes an analysis on accountability of higher education from its outside conditions and inner basis which will facilitate its performance and then points out situations in higher education like inequility in authorities and responsibility,and impossibility of the proviate rights protection.Therefore,a conclusion can be drawn that accountability can be and should be adopted in higher education system. |
