| Abstract: | The development of new China s socialist democracy and politics can be seen in two periods.The first three decades（1949-1978） witnessed the hardship in exploration and the setbacks,while the second three decades（1978-2009） enjoyed reform practices.The six decades of democratic politics constitute a period rich in experiences and peculiar in practices,during which there were magnificent accomplishments,together with profound lessons. |
