平衡计分卡在企业绩效管理中的应用

摘    要:传统的绩效考核已不适应竞争环境中的中小企业。平衡计分卡是有效的企业绩效管理工具,应用平衡计分卡的绩效管理就是通过财务、客户、流程、创新对企业进行全面的衡量,再根据这四方面同企业战略的关系制定详细的目标和考核指标,以使企业各部门达到均衡的发展,使其在竞争的环境中获得更大的竞争力。

Abstract:The conventional performance measurement is no longer suitable to small and medium-sized enterprises struggling in a competitive environment. The balanced scorecard is an effective tool for the management of the enterprise performance. The performance management by means of the balanced scorecard is to conduct an all-round measurement of the enterprise performance through finance, customers, work flow and innovation, work out a detailed objective and measurement target according to the relationship between the enterprise strategy and the afore-mentioned four aspects in order to gain a balance of development among all the departments of the enterprise to make it more competitive in the competitive environment.
