| 摘 要： | 发展教育、服务经济是当代教育改革的焦点。目前中国中小企业以经济"助推器"角色在经济体系中表现出非凡活力,但人力资本存量低下的现状却在很大程度上制约了其发展。而同时,与社会经济联系最为紧密的中国高等继续教育由于人才培养模式的不完善性,难以为中小企业及区域经济发展提供坚实的知识与技能服务。为此,有必要从高等继续教育人才培养模式创新视角,构建中小企业人力资本积累与高等继续教育人才培养模式的互动机制、探索中小企业人力资本积累的有效途径。
