| 摘 要： | 信息时代的知战观不再是知战分离的传统知战观，而是知战一体、知战融合的全新知战观。新知战观的产生有着深厚的理论、实践和科技基础，其核心思想是能力本位观、全维实时观、主客一体观、知战融合观和体系博弈观。新知战观深刻揭示了信息化战争的本质，对于建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争具有重要的观念引领和方法论指导作用。 |

| Abstract: | The cognition-fighting view in the information age is not that fighting is separated from cognition, but that cognition and fighting combine with each other. It has been formed on the strong basis of theory, practice and science and technology. Its core thoughts are： ability-centered view, all-dimensional real-time view, view of integrating the subject and object, view of fusing cognition and fighting and view of system games. It has revealed the essence of information war, showing an ideal guide and scientific methods for us to build an information army and win information wars in the future. |
